Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or work with İyikare ("we", "us"). It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email info@iyikare.com and we will answer in plain language.

1. No advertising trackers or analytics

We want to be specific, because most privacy policies are vague on exactly this point. This site is a set of static files. It runs:

• no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Plausible or equivalent;
• no advertising or retargeting pixels;
• no cookies, and no browser storage used to identify you;
• no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no live chat, no chatbot;
• no third-party embeds — no YouTube or Vimeo players, no Google Maps frame, no social widgets;
• no fonts loaded from a third-party CDN. All fonts are served from this domain.

Because the site sets no tracking cookies, it shows no cookie banner. The only data a visit produces is the server log described below.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser user agent) for security and reliability. These are generated by the web server itself, are not used to build a profile of you, are not sold or shared for advertising, and are retained only for the short period our host keeps them.

2. When you contact us

Every contact route on this site is a direct link that opens your own email client or phone dialler. Nothing is submitted through this website. When you email us, we receive what you chose to send: your name, email address, and whatever you write or attach.

We use that information for one purpose — to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers described below.

3. Files you send us for production

To produce your work we need your material: photographs, video, floor plans, listing details. Our commitments on those files:

• We use them only to produce the deliverables you ordered.
• We do not sell them or license them to anyone.
• To produce your images and video we process your files with editing and image-generation software, some of it run by outside providers. Your files are used in those tools only to produce your order, and each provider handles them under its own terms. If you need to know which tools will touch a specific file before you send it, ask us and we will tell you.
• We keep working files for 90 days after final delivery so revisions and re-exports are possible, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner, in writing, and we will.
• We do not show your work in our portfolio without your written permission. If you give permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove it.
• By sending us material you confirm you have the right to have it edited. Property photographs are usually owned by the photographer who took them, not by the listing agent or the seller. See our Terms of Service, section 3.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of ordinary business tools, each of which may process your information as part of doing its job: our email provider, our website host, our cloud file storage, the editing and image-generation software described in section 3, and — if you pay by card — our payment processor. We do not give any of them your information for their own marketing purposes. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@iyikare.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently, or charge you differently, for asking.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional formal rights. We extend the choices above to everyone who asks, regardless of residency, rather than checking whether we are technically obliged to.

6. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. International transfer

Our studio operates from Türkiye and our team may access your material from there. If you are in the United States and you engage us, your material will be processed outside the United States. By working with us you agree to that transfer.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Client material is held in access-controlled cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold no payment card data, no passwords of yours, and no database of visitors, which is the most effective security measure available to us.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
