A 2.5% commission on a $420K sale is $10,500. Vacant Listing Staging is $149, about 1.4% of that, with the original photos delivered alongside. Add a short video for your listing's social posts for $59. Larger launches are quoted on request.

Written answers to the questions we hear most, to make our conversation as smooth as possible.

Do you shoot the property, or do I send photos?

You send the photos. İyikare is a digital studio — we do not do on-site shooting. Recent smartphone photos in daylight usually work (12 MP or higher, 6-12 images depending on the package). Results depend on the source; if a photo is too limited, we tell you before we start.

Do you write the ad copy and manage the ad campaign?

We deliver the creative copy only. We provide multiple headline and description variants for Meta and Google Ads. A/B testing, account setup, budget management, targeting and reporting are your responsibility. Housing ads on Meta run under its special ad category rules, which you manage in your own account.

How can I use the images and videos you deliver?

You can use them to market the property they show and to promote your own real estate business, on any platform and with no time limit, and share them with your seller and brokerage for the same purposes. Rights in your source photos stay with their owner, and licensed music is covered for use with that video. We only show your work in our portfolio with your written permission.

Is rush delivery possible? How early can you deliver?

Yes, for Vacant Listing Staging and Launch Day: a 24-hour rush first draft is +$99, subject to capacity and confirmed before you order. Atelier timelines are not rushed. Vacant Listing Staging reaches first draft within 48 hours; Launch Day and Atelier timelines are confirmed with your quote. Times count from receipt of complete files and an approved brief.

What if I'm not satisfied? What is your refund policy?

Cancel before production starts: full refund. Cancel during production: the deposit covers work completed to that point and nothing further is owed. After final delivery: no refund, but we keep working through your included revision rounds. If we miss a confirmed delivery date for reasons within our control, you can cancel for a full refund. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Is there a discount if I order a second package for the same property?

Yes. A 20% discount applies on a second package ordered within 60 days for the same property — for example, upgrading from Launch Day to Atelier. Multi-property bundles fall under Bespoke; custom pricing is agreed in your briefing call.

In which formats do I receive the visuals? Are they social-media ready?

Images are delivered as full-resolution files plus versions sized for social media. Launch Day and Atelier videos come in three formats: 16:9 horizontal, 9:16 vertical and 1:1 square. The listing video add-on ($59, sold with staging) is vertical (9:16). Files are delivered via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

How are staged or altered images disclosed?

Every virtually staged or digitally altered image carries a visible label (for example "Virtually Staged"), and the untouched original is delivered with it, along with suggested disclosure wording for your MLS remarks. Removing our logo never removes these labels. Presenting an altered image as the property's current condition is prohibited under our terms.

How does payment work?

All prices are in US dollars and fixed per listing — no hourly billing. Payment is 50% to start and 50% on final delivery, by card or bank transfer. Bespoke projects can be split into milestone installments by contract.
