Decision frame

The Signature package (₺5,900) is less than 3% of a 2% commission on a ₺10M property.

A 2% commission on a ₺10M property is ₺200,000. Leaving the same property in your portfolio for two extra months costs on average ₺15-30K in opportunity. Signature (₺5,900) is not an expense — it is a small investment that accelerates your commission.

Do you shoot the property, or do I send photos?

You send the photos. İyikare is a digital studio — we do not do on-site shooting. Smartphone quality is fine: daylight photos at 12 MP or higher, minimum 6-12 images (varies by package). We provide a written brief guide on which angles to capture.

Do you write the ad copy and manage the ad campaign?

We deliver the creative copy only. We provide multiple headline and description variants for Meta and Google Ads. A/B testing, account setup, budget management, targeting and reporting are your responsibility. This split is intentional — we focus on our craft and give you the best possible copy.

Do I have unlimited usage rights on the visuals and videos?

Yes. All content delivered across our packages comes with unlimited commercial usage rights — any platform, any duration, any format. The Atelier package additionally includes the right to transfer to third parties. The only condition: unless you request otherwise, İyikare may display the work in our portfolio; this is removed on written request.

Is rush delivery possible? How early can you deliver?

Rush requests (24-48 hours ahead of standard) are considered at +50% surcharge. Availability is confirmed in your briefing call. Requests shorter than 24 hours are not accepted — quality falls below our studio standard.

What if I'm not satisfied? What is your refund policy?

Cancellation before first draft delivery: 100% refund. Cancellation after draft delivery: 50% refund. No refund after final delivery; however, the revision rounds included in each package (Essential 1, Signature 2, Atelier 3) provide sufficient margin to bring the work to the point you need.

Is there a discount if I order a second package for the same property?

Yes. A 20% discount applies on a second package ordered within 60 days for the same property — for example, upgrading from Signature to Atelier. Multi-property bundles fall under Bespoke; custom pricing is agreed in your briefing call.

In which formats do I receive the visuals? Are they social-media ready?

All visuals are delivered as 4K master + 1080p social media optimised files. Videos are prepared in three formats: 16:9 horizontal (web/YouTube), 9:16 vertical (Instagram Reels/TikTok/Stories) and 1:1 square (Instagram feed). Files are delivered via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

How is the difference between a concept visual and a real photo disclosed?

Concept visuals are delivered with a "Concept Design" watermark version and the client is informed in writing that the image is a concept. Misleading use — such as presenting it as a real property photo — is explicitly prohibited and stated in our agreement. Visualization is for helping buyers picture their investment, not to deceive.

How does payment work?

All package prices include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer: 50% deposit upfront, remaining 50% before final delivery. For Bespoke projects, a 3-instalment payment plan tied to milestones can be arranged by contract.
