Short answers to what agents usually ask before sending their first photos.
What photos should I send?
Daylight photos of the empty rooms you want staged, 12 MP or higher, one per angle. Tell us the rooms, the style you have in mind and your listing date. Please only send photos you have the right to have edited.
What stays unchanged in the images?
Everything that is part of the home: walls, doors, windows, floors, fixtures and room proportions. We add furniture and decor and correct light and color where needed. We never hide damage or change the structure.
What does a style revision include?
One round of style changes on the delivered set, such as a different sofa, rug or color palette. Production errors, like a distorted window line, are fixed at no charge and do not use your round.
When will I receive the first draft?
Within 48 hours of receiving your photos and the approved brief. We confirm the date in writing before any work starts.
How are virtually staged images identified?
Every staged image carries a visible "Virtually Staged" label and is delivered with its untouched original. We also give you a disclosure sentence for your MLS remarks. Rules vary by MLS and state, so entering the disclosure stays with you.
